Stages of Meditation


If you are aware of your surroundings, then you are in meditation

This stage involves paying attention to your work

You gotta focus on your work to get Success in this world. 

This Stage involves getting to know about your BODY

If you don't take care of your body, what could you possibly do in this world?

Next stage involves being aware about your feelings, emotions, and thoughts

Emotions are temporary, they come and go. Don't wallow in them

The Final Stage involves getting to know about your true self.

You are not your body, your thoughts, your senses, your emotions, or your memories.

You are  the very consciousness who's  getting to experience everything.
